From bare plot to finished building.

Aflah Group builds apartments, independent houses and villas across Hyderabad, with our own team on every stage of the work.

  • RCC frames
  • Slabs
  • Masonry and plaster

One team, from the first survey peg to the last coat of plaster.

Aflah Group is led by Mohammed Abdul Majid. The same team carries your project through survey, foundations, the RCC frame, slabs, masonry and plaster, so nothing is lost between contractors and one person answers for the work.

Column positions are set out with a total station and checked against the approved drawings before any concrete goes in. A building is only as straight as its first marks.

What we build

  • ApartmentsMulti-storey residential blocks on city plots, built floor by floor to the approved plan.
  • Independent houses and villasFamily homes from foundation to plaster, including compound walls, sumps and bores.
  • Structure onlyFoundations and the RCC frame, for owners who arrange their own finishing.

How a building goes up

Every project moves through the same five stages, and our own team carries out each one.

  1. Total station on a tripod with the approved column layout drawing

    Survey and set-out

We mark every column centre with a total station and check it against the approved drawing before any digging starts.

  2. Excavator digging a basement in red soil

    Excavation and foundations

The plot is cleared and the pits are dug through soil and rock. Footings are reinforced and cast, and the sump and bore go in.

  3. Steel shuttering around pedestal columns

    Columns and plinth beams

Columns and plinth beams are cast inside steel shuttering, with plumb and levels checked as they rise.

  4. Slab reinforcement laid over shuttering

    Slabs

Each slab is propped, reinforced and cast with pumped concrete, then cured. We pour at night when the schedule needs it.

  5. Multi-storey facade being plastered behind scaffolding

    Masonry and plaster

Walls go up in brick or block, followed by internal and external plaster, door frames and services, ready for flooring.
